Harmonize
2019
Harmonize is an innovative partnership platform specifically tailored for the Education and Human Services sectors in North America.
It facilitates seamless connections between schools, healthcare institutions, and other human services organizations enabling them to collaborate, access charitable resources, and promote social impact.
Approach
When I was first approached with this opportunity, it was still in the ideation stage.
We had several brainstorming sessions that led us to finalizing a concept and streamlining our thoughts and propositions.
After conducting hands-on research, I identified recurring themes and patterns that validated our assumptions.
With this valuable insight in mind, we proceeded to create the site map and develop initial wireframes, effectively shaping the direction of our product.
We continued refining scope and designs till we reached a point where we needed more customer feedback.
Our second round of user research and tech analysis helped us realise and review some of our initial conclusions.
